Sponsor Level (for-profit or non-profit) is $350 with an additional $25 for electricity and includes your logo in the LCVF brochure distributed on event day, a linked logo on the LCVF website homepage, logo on back of the LCVF18 event t-shirt, logo on the LCVF promotional poster, and an optional booth space at Shelter Cove Park.
This is a great opportunity for restaurants, grocery stores, and vegan merchants or organizations!
2. For-profit exhibitor level is $125 with an additional $25 for electricity and includes a mention in the LCVF brochure distributed on event day, linked mention on the LCVF website, and a booth space.
Only one representative or representing team from each MLM brand please. First come, first serve. Apply early!
3. Non-profit exhibitor level is free with an additional $25 for electricity and includes a mention in the LCVF brochure distributed on event day, linked mention on the LCVF website, and a booth space.
NOTE: All exhibiting sponsors and exhibitors are required to bring or rent their own 10x10 tent, tables, and chairs. More details and rental information are on the application. This event will take place rain or shine.
REMEMBER: All food, merchandise, and educational material must be vegan or about veganism. Veganism is a way of living which seeks to exclude, as far as is possible and practical, all forms of exploitation of and cruelty toward animals for food, clothing, entertainment, or any other purposes. Vegan food does not contain meat/flesh from any animal, eggs, animal milk, animal milk derived products like whey, or honey. Vegan foods are made from fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds. Any sponsor or exhibitor who brings food or merchandise into the event that is not vegan nor about veganism will be asked to remove it or to kindly leave. If you're not sure whether a food item is vegan or not, please ask.
