Event Notes

• Please bring one non-perishable, non-expired vegan food item to donate to Sandalwood Food Pantry in lieu of an event entrance fee. Sandalwood will be collecting these donations at their booth just beyond the welcome table. Great ideas are: pasta, rice, beans, canned fruit, cereal, boxed plant-based milk, crackers, peanut butter, jam, condiments, oatmeal, and grits. 

• If you would like to purchase vegan beer or wine at the event, please have your ID checked at the welcome table and obtain a wrist band. Alcohol will be sold only to those wearing an event wrist band.

• Shelter Cove Community Park is a public park and pet friendly. Please be mindful that there will be children, dogs for adoption, food, and a pet pig at the event. All visiting pets must be on a leash and under full control. Please clean up after your pet.


Event opens at 10am - free swag bags to the first 300 attendees

10am to 5pm: Food & beverage vendors, kid entertainment, family entertainment, education, exhibitors, raffle ticket sales, event tshirt sales

10am to 1pm: music by The Nice Guys (website)

1pm to 2pm: talk by Gene Baur (website)

2pm to 5pm: music by Cranford Hollow (website)

Event closes at 5pm - raffle winners announced

Dance performances provided by Bluffton School of Dance & Performing Arts (website) in the Performance Circle at 10:30am followed by interactive fun with Hilton Head Hula Hoops & Silent Disco (website) all afternoon.
